Specialty Eats at Fashion Show

It's no secret that nowadays, there are so many of us that have dietary restrictions. From Gluten allergies, to vegetarian or Vegan diets. So it only seemed fitting that I go and check out some of those dishes we all search for when going out to eat, Turns out Fashion Show has it all, something for every restriction and every craving! Check out what we found:

CPK (California Pizza Kitchen)

First off, I don't think I've ever tried anything at CPK that I didn't like, and I honestly thought maybe today would be the day I disliked something....boy was I wrong! The most important thing to the staff at CPK, is for every guest to feel assured that their dietary needs are taken very seriously, So when Christina the manager explained all of the different menu items, and specific types of preparations that go into making these specialty dishes, I could see how important it is for them. So rest assured you will be able to find something on the menu for you, whether you are Gluten intolerant, vegan or vegetarian. Ok, so they are known for their pizzas, and now they have the gluten free Cauliflower crust pizzas, made with the vegetable primarily and some other rice / potato flours, honestly... I couldn't even taste the difference they were so delicious! Oh and get this....they now have the take and bakes for $5! Yup....take one of their delicious pies, unbaked and ready for dinner only $5!

I have been obsessed with their vegetarian buffalo Cauliflower forever, but now they have the Asian sesame one.....it's Insane! They have an amazing Bahn mi bowl, with quinoa, kale, veggies....it's a super bowl! They cocktails, were just as delish as the meal, so those are a must!

Jeannie's ( Inside Nordstrom) Jeannie's has a Beverly hills cafe vibe, It's nestled in the housewares department and serves up some super delish Vegetarian dishes, we tried a few and were blown away on how good they all were! This is your spot to shop and sip....literally. We started with the Tomato Basil soup, drizzled with Evoo, so yummy! Next up they brought out their vegan pickled cauliflower, vegan roasted baby beets, vegetarian Crispy Brussel sprouts , omitting the bacon and heirloom tomato Burrata crostini, which was gluten free since they omitted the crostini, this was one of my favorites! So fresh and light! Definitely worth a try, it's kind of a hidden Gem!

IKE's Sandwiches

Fast forward to our next stop, this time in the food court for a yummy vegetarian sandwich.....I was super impressed with Ike's Sandwiches, not only were they yummy, they definitely have their own twist which sets them apart, Their own crusty bread....a dirty sauce which is like a garlic aioli, Juan even said he would definitely be back for a sandwich, and that says alot coming from him.

Ike's Veggie Sandwich

We tried the " Sometimes I'm a vegetarian" sandwich, which consisted of artichokes, mushrooms, pesto and provolone....of course I added the famous dirty sauce, lettuce onion and on their crusty bread, I'm telling you......It was Soooo good, I can't wait to go back!

Sometimes I'm a Vegetarian sandwich

EL Segundo Sol Lastly, but certainly not least....The Mexican Restaurant with the best strip patio view! We are huge fans of the Chip and salsa...I mean who isn't? But the salsas are seriously so good, they taste like the ones I make at home. They Have a whole Gluten menu with lots of items, this menu Included the shareable Achiote rubbed Mahi Mahi sizzling platter, as well as the Carne Asada tacos, that we were able to try, Both...Super delish and worth a trip to Fashion Show, definitely a place to sip on a margarita, nibble on some amazing bites while taking in the view.
